Why I Love It: Just the feeling of accomplishment when you finish a workout
How I Stay Motivated: It has been harder lately but my two sons, 3yrs and 2 months, are my motivation now.
BB Accomplishments: The only "bodybuilding accomplishments" I have are at one time I was 7.5% body fat. I was in great shape!

Well another week under the belt.  I lost 4lbs. and some more on the measurements.  I calculated this morning that if I can lose avg. of 3 lbs. a week I could be at my goal weight in 11 weeks.  So that is my motivation 3 lb weekly weight loss.
