WOW!!!! It was October 31st, one day before Worlds and I was sooo psyched, that I wanted to lift then!!!  I arrived at my hotel around 4:10pm, so I had was able to relax until weigh-ins started at 4:30.  Lucky for me, my hotel was 1.5 miles away from the YMCA where the weigh-ins/competition...

ok...well I always take my preworkout 2 hours after my last meal...cause my usual preworkout was a piece of fruit and maybe some oats then 1 scoop of whey...but shotgun says you don't have to take the carbs with it and it already has protein...same for post-workout...I would take in like 60-100 grams of fast carbs (white bread, gatorade, jelly, etc.) so with synthesize I just add some protein with it...
