whats up! I'm entering a NAGAfighter contest here in the end of june. Can't wait to get in the ring. i've beentraining hard for the fight. Seems like you have some ring experiance. Any advice? i'll take all i can get!!
That's a huge amount of weight to cut. Don't cut so much to weaken your body. But I'm sure you are already aware of that. I'm sure you will do very well.
For sure. Although so are the cut guys at 185 to me anyway. I'm just a small 170 pounder. When I've rolled with the muscular 185's I knew I was outclassed.
Hey, nice head & arm triangle! I have trained in MMA myself. Love it! Thanks for the add my friend and good luck with your fight. Let me know how you do.
thanks, man. i train abs every other day at the end of my workout for about 5-10 minutes. hanging leg raises and decline bench crunches are among my favorites. that said, diet is the key to good abs for most people. best wishes.
Yea they are going away pretty good. The ones on my love handles are just about gone and the ones across the front are fading. I dunno if they will ever be completely gone, but they definately get a lot less noticeable. I think a good summer tan this summer should hide them even better.
