I played hockey growing up and through college. I also competed in power lifting years ago.I took nearly 8 years off and gained a lot of weight.In Feb.07 I weighed 206lbs and couldn't tie my own shoes without breaking a sweat! I decided then it was time to get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling young and full of energy! I love to feel the burn! When I finish a workout I'm already looking forward to my next one!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay in top physical shape and see want kind of gains my 40 year old body can still make.I really enjoy pushing myself to improve my lifts and running times!The positive feedback from others here is a real driving force for me too!

I try to run at least 4 days out of the week and maybe change up one day. But I do take two days off from everything. I will be looking to start the races up in April I think. It needs to warm up quite a bit:0)
Hi Mr. Ab Specialist, wishing you a good day. How is the mass building going? I am still trying to adjust feeling thicker around my rear and waste LOL...I know it's necessary in order to improve but boy what a challenge sometimes. Just wondering if you feel similiar about it? There is this guy w/abs on the main page here and I think they should have used you instead! Your abs look better!

nope, not out driving yet. The kids were outside knocking the ice off the bushes. they were a mess! Now they are both bundled having hot chocolate and watching Bugs Bunny. Mom is having her own hot chocolate (hot lean dessert protein is surpisingly good)

Hey that's fantastic...I am learning how hard making gains is...while I love the workouts and the energy from the extra calories, I always question is it muscle? fat? water? Can't wait to see your unveiling!
