When I Started: Feb, 2005
How I Started: My trainer and Figure Coach, Terry Stokes asked me if I had ever thought about training for a show because he thought I had the body type to do it. I accepted his offer to train me.
My mom used to be a trainer a while ago, and I think I am just following in her footsteps.
Why I Love It: I love the confidence that working out gives me. I feel stronger and sexier than I have ever felt in my life. I know how to be healthy and keep a healthy life. I can help other people live a healthy life.
How I Stay Motivated: Every day it seems I see a new muscle group come out or a new muscle ripple. That's what keeps me coming back.
BB Accomplishments: I have done 7 shows so far. The figure women who step on the stage are amazing and they show me how much harder I need to work if I am going to one day be one of the best.
