My trainer and Figure Coach, Terry Stokes asked me if I had ever thought about training for a show because he thought I had the body type to do it. I accepted his offer to train me.
My mom used to be a trainer a while ago, and I think I am just following in her footsteps.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence that working out gives me. I feel stronger and sexier than I have ever felt in my life. I know how to be healthy and keep a healthy life. I can help other people live a healthy life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every day it seems I see a new muscle group come out or a new muscle ripple. That's what keeps me coming back.
BB Accomplishments:
I have done 7 shows so far. The figure women who step on the stage are amazing and they show me how much harder I need to work if I am going to one day be one of the best.

I'l never forget where I started and I'll hopefully never go back there again.
I hate off-season pictures, but here's the back. I should start keeping progress because i'm going to be dieting in just 8 1/2 weeks!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
We have a group of 8 figure girls who train together to compete together. It's both motivating and depressing sometimes!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Usually I wear a pair of pants or capris with a sports bra and tank top over that. That way if I get warm, I can take the tank top off and have the sports bra under it. Do you get tired of eating the same stuff all the time? Fat free cottage cheese I assume? So no Might Taco for you huh?...It's right across from your gym...lol. That's why I couldn't workout there.
I'm working with Crystal Primerano (Deluke). Not full time though,she's going to set me up on some meal plans and some alternate training routines. Me compete? HA! Maybe, we'll see though.
