Training for MMA compatitions I hate cardio but it will be worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
i let my self get heavy then get pissed and stay angry because i let my self get out of shape and hit weights till i get back to around 10 to 12 percent body fat im big and look real thin at 250.....i gain and lose weight super easy and fast...ROCKY Soundtracks
