took weightlifting in gym class. each quarter had something different but was able to take it at least half the year. going into high school i was around 120 maybe 130 and that's probably pushing it. i was really small for a freshman considering i graduated weighing around 150.
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel more energetic. i just started back up after a year from it and felt better.
How I Stay Motivated:
i subscribe to flex and i like how the guys look in them (a little too big for me but cool anyways). i want to stay fit and not be skinny like my dad. he's around 160lbs and looks bony. plus i have a dog over 100 lbs and still growing that makes me look small.
BB Accomplishments:
i competed in a bench competition at the illinois state fair around 4 years ago and won in my weight class (only lifted 225), i weighed around 160 or so.
two years ago i was able to bench 235 for two reps with a couple of friends witnessing it but haven't checked since then.

no matter what you use (weights, machines, body weight, etc.) or how low a weight you use, it's better than nothing.

my arms didn't lose much size from not being able to do much this last year. arms are my best asset.
gain enough muscle to be happy and loose the fat i gained in the last year. to look better.
Goal (Long):
i lost 15 lbs of muscle in the last year and gained 5 lbs of fat back. i want to gain that muscle back so i can be back up to 185 and work my way up to 200. once i achieve that we'll see where i go. i've always been skinny due to my dad's genes and hated it. by the time next summer comes round i hope to be at at least 190 or 195.
Right now 15-20 to get my muscles used to it again and also to try and burn some fat gain endurance.
Also 6-12 for heavier lifts to gain strength. Any less than that i don't think the muscle is getting worked to enough to be built.Right now 15-20 to get my muscles used to it again and also to try and burn some fat gain endurance.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
between 30 sec. to 1 minute. i wait for my breathing to calm down after a set.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
that's a really tough choice. Brad Pitt from Troy; The Rock from The Game Plan; Vin Diesel... there are quite a few.
I put up my heavy bag a couple days ago and messed with it for about a half an hour. i had written down what different things to do punching and kicking wise 10x each. i couldn't finish the kicking part, i was only able to do about half of it i was so worn out. i hadn't messed with a heavy bag...
