Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Steve or Tuff
Sex:
Male
Age:
32
Location:
Indiana, United States
Occupation:
Technical Sergeant in the 122nd Security Forces Squadron, dedicated father to the best three kids any daddy could want, and a loving husband to my wife. Team mate to the Brew Crew on the two time fall champs, Service Mechanical.
I first started hitting the weights as a sophmore in High School. I weighed a light 176 LBS, but showed good strength. Made the 1200lb club by the end of the year,(bench, Squat, Deads, Cleans). Continued throughout school and lost it after graduation in 1995. In July of 2000 I decided to take my life in a new and clean direction, I joined the Air Force. After completing basic training and my Tech school, I decided it was time to make a change for the better. I got a membership at a local gym and went from there. During my time in and out of the gym I became a fitness monitor and squad trainer for my unit. Fitness and training is now a lifestyle like no other, and I cant wait to see what is next in the cards for me....maybe competing one day.....time will tell
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the way I feel when I leave the gym. Plus, it helps me on the ball field and in other aspects of my life. Since I strated working out, I am able to run faster, hit harder and just flat out play better than before. I can't wait to see how this will affect the rest of my life on and off the field. Also, the gym is like my place to be myself. Care-free, balls to the wall machine. Iam surrounded by others with maybe not the same goals, but the same desire to reach farther than before. To push and mold ourselves into something only we can envision. The brotherhood in the gym is simply put awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is easy, I know I have two choices. I can either be fit and be there for my family and my kids, or I can be unfit and play whatever hand I am dealt. I plan on being here for a long time, and the healthy road is the only way to go. Not only that my wife has helped keep me motivated. Just seeing that look in hers eyes or the compliments she has makes it all worth while. She has been a great motivator to say the least. Then you add to the mix my friends, my co-workers and even my family to the mix and the cup of motivation is overflowing.

This is what I have to start with. There is hope
Back at work again. No real progress other than that fact I can use both arms now...soon back to the gym, after rehab of course
This a New Year and my time is now. My goals are to get bigger, faster, and stronger. To become a complete package Body, Mind, and Soul. The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital. "Joe Paterno"
Goal (Long):
I want a body that will keep up with the demands that I place upon it. Whether it is low crawling in the field or hitting home runs, it has to be able to accept the challenge. In short I just wanna be big. I would like to be at a trimmed 220-225, with about 10-12% bodyfat. I know with my attitude and the motivation from myself and others that I can accomplish this in no time at all. Come hell or high water I will succeed.
What a great way to start the weekend. First we lose power for almost a whole day. Then my wife goes all crazy on me again, my gym is closed, and to top it all off, the hotel we had a reservation at was without power.....Hell they didn't have power when we reserved the damn room in the...
Okay okay, before anyone says anything let me explain the workout...My kids and me were searching for different routines and my oldest boy, Stevie, suggested this one. Now he is, as are all my kids, a huge John Cena fan. So he wants me to look like him and I thought, why the hell not. So here...
I AM TIRED OF DOING 12'S BUT THIS THE LAST WEEK,AND TY, I AM PROUD,WITH SO MANY GOOD THING HAPPING LAST YEAR CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT I AM GONNA DO THIS YEAR, HOW WAS YOUR HOLIDAYS?SEND HUGS TO FAMILY, HUGGGS
Prices not bad actually, especially when these dudes have to sacrifice their cars for some other expense. I'm partial to the 440 Magnums, but I'm loving some 426 Hemi as well!
How is everything with you? Nice to see you. Training been going good...it's nice to have more energy with the additional starches I am eating these days:-) Happy belated 2009 to you!
Be hooked on my coffee please! :P Only a couple of things for me--I want to finally get the project car of my dreams to start working on (a '70 Challenger or Cuda). Also, to figure where I'm going with my fitness goals--meaning is it just for me, or do I want to do more like compete, etc. But I like your goals--bigger, faster and stronger! That's it right there! :P
Hey Steve! Have I ever told you how much I love your avi? It reminds me of something (a film I think), but I can't place it. Awesome nonetheless. I'm doing great, business is doing even better--strangely because I thought my sales would plummet as a result of the economy. What's up with you, any pressing resolutions on the 2009 frontier?
