I started working to improve my self image, to be able to run around when im 50 with my kids. To feel better about myself. Its amazing how differently you get treated when your in amazing shape.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, its part of my life now, it makes me feel in control and worry free when im in the gym! Fitness isnt just a hobby its a lifestyle!WHen i go to a new gym i like to just sit down for a minute and observe. I look at all the guys working out and spot that one guy who needs some help, bad form no spotter. I go and i spot him, and train him. Then i look around and find the guy who is in just as god of shape if not better than me, and ask for some advice and pointers. Since i travel ALOT i have been to many gyms around the world. I have so many different opinions on working out from different parts of the world!!
How I Stay Motivated:
YOU ALL motivate me! when i look on here and see someone more defined than me, i love it, it makes me push harder and try harder. When i get asked advice, i love to give it and makes me keep doing the things i do!!! When im in the gym just watching the other guys lift, heavy weights, young guys training their hearts out. I see that one old guy, coming in not doing alot of weight, cuz he knows theres no point, still fit, still at it!!!! I met a guy the other day at World Gym in MS he was 62, he had a championship ring from a competition he won, he won the 50+ competition.....impressive!!

I Recently just started doing Biceps. After meeting with Ian in Cali i found a new found goal in achieving a 19 inch arm!!

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I believe that training triceps is very important not only does it give you that thick look from the front, but that massive look from the side!!

What calf workout has worked best for you?
My calves are genetically given to me, i guess i was blessed. I believe if i train my calves with weight they will outgrow my quads and make me look unproportioned.

I am writing this blog because i have been asked why i do not like supps and why i do not like testosterone boosters. With that being said this is MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION and i have NO PROOF that this product caused this. Was it just a coincidence??/ hmmmmmm I DOUBT IT but hey ya...
